Anyone know what this is called? If you said flexible PTrap you would be right. I call it something different. ITS A RED FLAG. I see these in “renovated” or “flipped” homes. You know who NEVER uses these? Professional plumbers do not use these. When I see things like this I know they hired a handy person and NOT a professional. Now I’m on high alert. Life update. Final chapter of this book about breast cancer. Wow do I feel lucky. In October of 2024 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was also incredibly blessed to find out it was minimal. I proceeded to have a double mastectomy. This allowed me to avoid all chemo and radiation. I was only out for 4 weeks. This surgery was my reconstruction on my breasts. I also chose to get implants and fat harvesting. Fat harvesting is where they move fat from some part of your body to your breasts to make them look more full and natural. This is my last procedure. I am cancer free and will be feeling like my regular self in about 4-6 weeks. I can’t put into words how grateful I am to have been spared by this awful disease. And I am thankful to the amazing care team that has put me back together. Get those boobs checked friends. #handsomepod #handsomepodcast

It’s a better day. I’m making an official one week post mastectomy post. For those who need an update, here it is. In October I was diagnosed with stage one breast cancer. Stage one was great news as this mass was there for 4 years. I was supposed to go back to the doctors and Covid hit. Anyway I’m very very lucky. I chose a double bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy as my treatment. This will get rid of the cancer and hopefully prevent it from returning in my breast tissue, as they took all that. I have also opted for reconstructive surgery after (implants). For me that was the right choice as I didn’t want to be reminded of being sick and I like my body the way it came so I wanted to look like I used to. My first week was really hard for me but I am feeling better today. I have a long way to go until this process is over but I am currently cancer free and that is the best news! Thanks for the read. How long did it take to get paid? What a beautiful review this is! I’m asking a different question however. I’m going to share my pay structure a bit. I worked with these clients for an ENTIRE YEAR. I was helping sellers this time and I made $8600 from that sale. It took me an entire year to make that. And I worked just as hard on day 1 that I did on day 366. The work does not start when the house gets listed. There are layers to our stories and every solution is different. Inspection day! Part of your offer to buy a home includes a period of time that allows the future home buyer to fully inspect the home, pools, septic systems, wells ect.
